Scotwork Fundamentals

 

 

The Scotwork Fundamentals programme is a largely bespoke solution targeted at organisations with a large number of junior level people who need to be more aware of the basics of negotiating.

 

It provides an introduction to the negotiating process, targeted at those individuals who are about to start negotiating, who provide support to lead negotiators or who have to negotiate within a very strict set of guidelines or parameters.

 

This is a custom written workshop, which is designed to be delivered by the client's own team, and is offered on a one-company basis. It provides information and helps understanding; it is not a skills course.

Our Negotiators

Ann Parr

Ann has been a senior consultant with Scotwork for nine years and has run the programme and provided negotiating advice and support to clients in the UK, Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East.

Richard Rowland

Richard joined Scotwork in 1984, having held a series of sales and managerial positions in major multinationals. A Consultant and Partner, Richard is responsible for the selling, design, delivery and strategic implementation of Scotwork training at all levels globally.

Chris Mitchell

Chris's postgraduate career started in the pharmaceutical industry within a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson in sales. This involved negotiating commercial deals on a daily basis with doctors, buying groups, purchasing pharmacists within hospitals etc.
