With a background as a Senior Business Development executive in a number of large and small organisations, Annabel brings over a decade of negotiating and commercial experience to her clients. Her early participation in the emerging field of partnership marketing saw her creating deals across a large cross-section of industries, charities, utilities, FMCG brands, football clubs and pop stars!

Ann has worked with Scotwork, in both a full-time and freelance capacity, for over 16 years and has over 30 years of experience in international business. Since joining Scotwork in 1999 she has been engaged by clients in the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East and continues to enjoy my love of negotiating across a variety of cultures and industries.

As a Consultant and Lead Trainer, Andy provides negotiation capability coaching and negotiation skills training to our UK clients. ​Prior to joining Scotwork, Andy spent a decade in the UK energy and utility industry with Scottish Power, SSE and Ovo Energy, along with two years at the City of Edinburgh Council.

Having started her career as an actress/dancer, Siobhan then went on to coach business owners/managers, lawyers, bankers and entrepreneurs in public speaking, sales and negotiation techniques. More recently Siobhan has worked in the Electric vehicles industry with WhichEV before joining Scotwork as a Consultant providing negotiation training as an associate tutor.
