Horace has worked in the commercial world his entire career and has woven his way through Unilever, EMI Records, The Guardian Media Group, The Gap Partnership, System1 Group and now Scotwork.
With a background as a Senior Business Development executive in a number of large and small organisations, Annabel brings over a decade of negotiating and commercial experience to her clients. Her early participation in the emerging field of partnership marketing saw her creating deals across a large cross-section of industries, charities, utilities, FMCG brands, football clubs and pop stars!
His background is in FMCG sales & marketing. Since joining Scotwork, Tom has trained & consulted with clients across a wide range of industries such as professional services, IT, logistics, pharma, travel, technology, automotive, alcoholic drinks, FMCG & marketing services
Ann has worked with Scotwork, in both a full-time and freelance capacity, for over 16 years and has over 30 years of experience in international business. Since joining Scotwork in 1999 she has been engaged by clients in the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East and continues to enjoy my love of negotiating across a variety of cultures and industries.
As a Consultant and Lead Trainer, Andy provides negotiation capability coaching and negotiation skills training to our UK clients. Prior to joining Scotwork, Andy spent a decade in the UK energy and utility industry with Scottish Power, SSE and Ovo Energy, along with two years at the City of Edinburgh Council.
Having started her career as an actress/dancer, Siobhan then went on to coach business owners/managers, lawyers, bankers and entrepreneurs in public speaking, sales and negotiation techniques. More recently Siobhan has worked in the Electric vehicles industry with WhichEV before joining Scotwork as a Consultant providing negotiation training as an associate tutor.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Katie has joined Scotwork as our Client Relationship Manager. With nearly a decade working in the Learning and Development space, Katie has a proven track record of supporting clients with designing and implementing effective learning solutions and strategies to drive measurable results.
Ellis joined Scotwork in February 2021 after seven years with the learning and talent team at the Financial Times, where he led the Global Commercial Academy, tasked with identifying and developing the skills required for continued commercial success across a wide range of global teams at the FT.
As an Integral UK Sales Team member, Ann provides detailed information regarding the Scotwork training offerings, while giving help and support to all new and existing UK clients.
UK Marketing Manager
Guillermo oversees all the marketing activity for the UK market, where he drives campaigns and works closely with the Sales Team and the International Marketing Hub.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Scott’s role in the organisation consists of managing new business projects to increase the UK's new client list and overall sales.

Kayleigh began with Scotwork as the UK Course Administrator in the middle of 2021, leading the "behind the scenes" side of the Scotwork courses.
